‘Organisations in Transition: Resilience and Change’
Peak oil and climate change are products of our dependence on fossil fuels. Are we too stuck in our ways, or will we be able to change in time? This event explores the psychology of personal, and organisational, transition.

‘Addiction and the Organisation: Recovery and Change’
Chris Johnstone is an addictions specialist known for his work on the psychology of sustainability; his approach, described in his book Find Your Power - a toolkit for resilience and positive change, addresses both personal and larger system change. His paper explores how recovery from addiction is a process that can be applied to organisations as well as individuals. Chris’s website is at www.chrisjohnstone.info

‘Transitioning from Homo Economus to Homo Ecologus’
Sandra White works as an ecopsychology consultant and facilitator and has a background in cultural change within government and business.  Drawing on Jung, Winnicott, Klein and ecopsychology, her paper will consider aspects of our modern economic system as an outer image of an inner state, how evolution towards a more ecological state is possible, and the role of organisational consultants in supporting such a transition. Sandra’s website is www.makingessentialconnections.co.uk

The World Cafe and final Plenary will be facilitated by Jan Baker and Simon Tucker.
